The CHARM Conference

The CHARM conference presented the key findings/emerging findings of the CHARM research to approximately ninety delegates from the civil service, industry, academia and elsewhere.

Professor Alan Warde gave a keynote presentation entitled, ‘Behaviour, norms and sustainable consumption”, Dr Adam Cooper (Head of Social Science Engagement at the Department for Energy and Climate Change) and Ben Savage (Joint Head, Behavioural Insights and Attitudes Team, Department for Transport) addressed the subjects of domestic energy and transport, and members of the research team presented the findings of the three CHARM case studies.
